1. Orders & Global Shipping

We ship internationally including the USA, UK, Canada, and more
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days
Tracking details are shared by email after dispatch
Customs duties (if any) are to be borne by the buyer

2. Payments

We accept PayPal (USD/Global), UPI, and credit/debit cards, PayU (INR)
All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details

3. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong items
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection
Products must be unused and in original packaging
No returns on personalized/customized items

4. Product Accuracy

We try to display products as accurately as possible. However, minor differences in color/texture may occur due to screen settings or natural leather variation.

5. Prohibited Use

Do not misuse the site (spam, hack, or fraudulent activity)
Legal action may be taken for policy violations or payment fraud

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes will be handled under Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh (India) jurisdiction.
